I have so many things I still need to do before I go to bed, and thanks to the time change, bedtime is coming an hour earlier. Somehow, I think that this ends with me going on to bed and deciding it’ll all be there tomorrow.

I have not been hungry at all tonight, but have been craving something and couldn’t put my fingers on it. When dinner time rolled around I still wasn’t hungry, but I did cave to the cravings. Since I didn’t really know what I wanted, I did a little bit of snooping around some other sites for things that looked good and that I could make with what I have on hand. Tonight’s dinner was inspired by this post from Oh She Glows. Here is my spin on it.

I hadn’t tried the mediterranean curry couscous before, but when it was cooking, it smelled delicious, so I knew it would be good. Honestly, the picture doesn’t do it justice. You really need the smell too.

Now to get a bit of cleaning done. Maybe that’ll be one thing I can mark off of the to do list before I go to bed.
